Default Arsenal 5 - 0 F.C. Porto (Champions League Last 16)

Arsenal demolish Porto at home to overturn a 2-1 first leg deficit. Perhaps the goal of the tournament was scored by the French winger Samir Nasri:

Arsenal are into the last eight now and are looking stronger than ever. This win was without Arsenals top scorer and caption Cesc Fabregas who has already scored 17 goals this season from central midfield.

-EDIT- Lol I have to keep changing the video because Youtube takes them down for copyright infringement faster than I can say "GOAAAALLL NASRI".

Bendtner stepped up. :/ Perhaps that fucker is finally getting good, at least it would be nice to have him tuned up for the WC. :P

Against Burnley in the league Bendtner had four of the easiest chances you will see and missed them all. To miss one of those would make you facepalm, but all four and you just can't believe it is really happening.

On the plus side it was good that he was getting into the right position to have those chances.

All his goals yesterday were quite easy, one being from the penalty spot. At least he put them into the goal this time.

Awesome game by the Arsenal, eventhough Porto were quite crap. But we really stepped up. Arshavin, Nasri and Bendtner were all top class, and omg what a goal by Nasri, I think I got a orgasm. It's funny how we really owned Porto without van Persie, Cesc and Gallas, perhaps our 3 best players in their positions.

Can't wait to see who we face in the quarter finals.

Nasri's goal was pretty orgasmic, but he has to lose a bit of credit because the defending was shocking all night (not his fault, but still). Still one of the goals of the competition so far though.

There are only a slim number of players I like(d) from Arsenal. The little frog is one of them. His goal was a great piece of individual skill. Hopefully he will make the WC French squad, I would love to see him play there.

I actually applauded when I saw the game and Nasri score that goal. I also applauded a bunch of times for Arshavin's shake & bake moves he consistently did. It was a shame that he missed that open goal attempt in the first half. Even I thought he deserved that.

I also thought that Robben's goal was very good too, so yesterday was a great day to see goals.

lol mati.

Yea the defending was quite poor but Nasri was twisting and turning direction very quickly and I could see all three defenders being constantly wrong-footed, it's pretty amazing to fool so many players so well.

Bendtner is really becoming a proper striker. He is finding the right positions to be a focal point for all Arsenals intricate skill, passing and movement. All he has to do is be there to tap the ball into the goal really, and he is doing it. I wouldn't expect Denmark to give him so many easy chances.

Arshavin was also world class, but we expect that from him.

I would love to see Nasri in the French first 11 too. You probably liked him since he put those two goals past United in his opening season. One of my mates who supports Chelsea likes Nasri too, probably for that reason.
