Seems you devs opened the Pandora's Box. Once you started giving people prizes, well they just wanted more and more. Nice slippery slope.

You know, maybe you guys just aren't giving the prizes the right way... maybe making yet another bot to give them.. some [color=fuck you]other[/color] way will just make all the difference.

I mean, prizes did so much for the Metal Gear zone.

I'll pop back again in a couple months. Who knows, maybe people will just all start with multi and maximum top speed by then. Maybe just the levs.

I actually came back too for a couple of days because I am stuck in the house with flu at the moment and had nothing else to do. Just smurfing in pub. I wasn't going to say anything here, but since I see this topic, I might as well add to it.

Whoever thought raising prize points to 1500 was a good idea should never be allowed to do things to pub again. It is so short-sighted, it seems like the act of someone who has never played DSB before.

The spamming, cloaking, multi-fire, super-speed, special-ridden levis completely ruined any fun I might have had. I just found myself getting annoyed rather than having fun.

This zone isn't super-ships, and the whole appeal of this zone is skill-based fun with a long learning curve (not necessarily a steep one).

I decided I won't be playing again, even while I am still recovering from flu. Fking waste of my time, and it completely ruined the only reason I have to play this game, DSB.

I had no idea it had gotten that bad. Sounds like it would be almost impossible to be able to play casually and have any fun. Jumping in and playing for 20 minutes a few times per week for example. That is one of the things I used to like about the game and DSB. Sad.

It is fun if it's done in short intervals. Say 5-15 minutes (15 at MAX) once or twice a day, you should try it out.

Well...it's not all bad...

The specials you get can balance out from the extreme laggers/tankers (questionable cheaters) out there such as mori, einstein, nycto, into, jabu, and sk.
